i don't think i ever really understood kwanzaa until you posted this... i went to wikipedia, and got the history on it. there has never been a misrepresentation as to kwanzaa's origins, so it says.
interestingly, on the wiki page, it refers to tony snow's 1997 statement that "There is no part of Kwanzaa that is not fraudulent."
on the contrary; i understand very well the appropriateness and necessity of a marginalized culture's need for an alternative to the oppressive culture's norm. more racist shit from the right - who are they speaking for, though? that's what scares me, those who **love** ann coulter.
