I'm rested and happy, having survived another time change. I've found the best way to change your circadian rhythm. Eating breakfast. SOunds silly, but it absolutely snaps my body into whatever circadian rhythm that is needed.
The only reason I won't sign it is they say to eliminate it or keep it to DST. We should just keep it to Standard time.

My father-in-law would never change the clocks in the house or his watch. Just let it be the same. Odd but true.
