"Florida is not going to implement Obamacare. We are not going to expand Medicaid and we're not going to implement exchanges,'' Scott's spokesman Lane Wright told The Associated Press on Saturday. Wright stressed that the governor would work to make sure the law is repealed.
Then the Florida exchange will be implemented and controlled by the federal government.

I wonder how many Floridians don't have health insurance? I wonder how many Floridians currently benefit from ACA? I wonder how many Floridians rue the day when he or she voted for Scott?

I'd suspect Congress will urn the financial screws on Florida, too. It could cost them a LOT if they don't obey the law.

A couple of years ago, a Republican committee staff director told me candidly (and proudly) what the method was to all this obstruction and disruption. Should Republicans succeed in obstructing the Senate from doing its job, it would further lower Congress’s generic favorability rating among the American people. By sabotaging the reputation of an institution of government, the party that is programmatically against government would come out the relative winner.

Scott, Jindal, Walker and a dozen other RepubliCon governors have said they'll wait until after the election to decide if they'll take the extra Medicare and Medicaid money. I'm betting they do if they want to keep their seats. When people in Florida and elswhere hear from friends and relatives that they are missing out on benefits because they have the wrong party in power, they are going to be pissed.
