President Barack Obama has exerted executive privilege in reference to requests made by Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.), chairman of the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, who has embarked on a controversial investigation into the Department of Justice's Operation Fast and Furious gun-walking program.

And Obama hasn't done anything Bush didn't do:

I heard on the radio...Bush43 used Executive privilege 6 times! His crack was signing statements. Clinton 42 ("the son she never had" according to Babs Bush) used it 14 ...Yeah...and Obama uses it once and all hell breaks loose.

Pappy Bush used it once, too, but he also had all of his WH records carted off on palates whapped in plastic and sealed in a secret silo. Talk about Executive Privilege! And Baby Bush did the same thing with his paperwork from his WH what was it...including all the vacation time...two years worth of work?

I hear the Obama team is going to hire John Kerry to stand in as Mitt Romney when they have practice debates. Good choice...both from Mass, both equally interesting to watch and listen to Click here to enlarge

Granted Kerry is brilliant and Mitt is a douche but you have to agree, their tv presence is about equal. Kerry says he was for it until he was against it but now he's for it again, so he even sounds like Romney Click here to enlarge
