That must be from over a year ago, when Belzer was on the panel with Maher and Maher takes one of those breaks to do a video interview.
Maher goes out of his way to show courtesy to anyone whatever their stripe.

Coulter hadn't even said some of the total outrageous bullshit things she/he has since or appeared on the cover of Time magazine.

Oh that was edited down.
Maher had to almost gag Belzer during the interview, because of course he couldn't sit thru the bullshit she was spewing without commenting.
Maher kept yelling "Belzer" during that interview as if the Belz were a barking dog.
