Keith has a Special Comment tonight on the President's speech.
Instead of an exiting Iraq, entering Iran?
---------------------

President Bush's decision to deploy 21,500 additional troops to Iraq drew fierce opposition Thursday from congressional Democrats and some Republicans - among them Sen. Chuck Hagel, who called it "the most dangerous foreign policy blunder in this country since Vietnam." The Nebraska Republican vowed to "resist" the plan, but the Senate's top Republican, Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., threatened a filibuster to block any legislation expressing disapproval of Bush's strategy. Yup, Keith just mentioned that he would have that comment.
He also mentioned what Fairyduster posted last night too, that Bush said in a 2005 press conference, "putting more troops into Iraq was as much as saying we will be there permanently". He then went on to do just that 2 months later.

Keith worked his message like his background in sports, in that he laid out Bush's strategies thru the war. Bush has changed his message so many times and reversed so many times one would have to ask at this time "which way is up?".
I like the fact that Keith pointed out that Bush has said he wouldn't embed troops with the Iraqi troops and now he will.
The only truth we will see is more dead and injured Americans.
And should I say that due to our slanted media, only the numbers of dead and injured Americans.

Keith makes the point I made the night of the speech, that Bush is acting like a person who maxed out his credit card so he thinks he can correct everything by charging to a new credit card.

Only this President, could look out over a vista of 3,008 dead and 22,834 wounded in Iraq, and finally say "where mistakes have been made, the responsibility rests with me" — only to follow that, by proposing to repeat the identical mistake in Iran.

KO is terrific.

All conservatives should be forced to listen to KO as KO describes how Bush has flip-flopped time and again.

Bush must be stopped.
