The Omaha World-Herald is calling the electoral vote ([Only registered and activated users can see links]) of Nebraska's 2nd congressional district for Obama.
That would appear to make the total 365.

Nope. Nebraska and Maine are the only two states that can split their electoral votes, although neither one has ever had to. I think it works in which the winning candidate gets two votes and then each of the three congressional districts give out one vote each to the winning candidate.

Obama's campaign was smart in that they opened offices in Omaha a while back to vie for that one lone electoral vote just in case the overall national electoral vote resulted in a tie.
