Know that it can be done regardless of your situation. Your Host will share his/her experiences with you. Don't get hung up waiting for something to happen -- if you have the desire, know this program can be done by you. This is your second sign of success.
Two to four hours each week to do the session assignments and participate in on-line discussions. There are eight OnLine Study Group sessions. Dedicating time, combined with knowing you can do this program, plus a strong desire to truly take charge of your life, is your third sign of success.
