I thought it was very clear.

1. Lawsuit #1 ended when the Judge ruled the Blackwell rules are not enforceable.

2. In response, Blackwell issued new rules Oct 13.

3. Lawsuit #2 was filed asking the new rules to be invalid as well.

4. Case is pending.
