Some people say he is a dictator, however I don't think he's there yet, but he's going in that direction. Also, he's really not that bad considering other leaders in South America.

How about compared to the leaders of North America?

Hugo Chavez is a clear illustration of what is wrong with the Government-Media complex in this country.

Thereason HC receives such negative press in this country is because he is trying to end corporate dictation of his country and return the proceeds of his country's vast resources to the people of his country.

He is not considered an ally of the USA because he refuses to allow Washington to bully him into giving foreign corporations permission to rape and pillage his country without fair recompense.

The best book to read on the Corpratocaracy's methods of dealing with foreign countries is:
The Secret History of the American Empire: Economic Hit Men, Jackals, and the Truth about Global Corruption, by John Perkins

John Perkins is a former Economic Hit Man. His earth-shattering tell-all expose "Confessions of an Economic Hit Man" is also a must-read.

The Corprotocracy controls all media in this country. Therefore the only stories you will hear about HC are designed to paint him as a nut-job and communist. Although his comments at the UN didn't help him, he is facing a ruthless enemy and we should be prepared to forgive some outbursts.

The truth is he is trying to stop his country from becoming another victim of US Aid.
