THAT's GREAT ... I love it!
thank you!!
had to add that to the new Kyoto legislation post ([Only registered and activated users can see links])... all that WHINING going on in Ottawa... "oh no! HOW can we get Canada back into KYOTO?"
duh... maybe by holding corporations & government accountable for demonstrable environmental damage from the lack of compliance to KYOTO regulations
sheesh...
OMG this is soooooooooooooo funny...anyone that does tech support needs to see this
Wow. That really was briliant.
Now I'm just waiting for the next piece of technology that will have me similarly dumbfounded.

That was awesome! Especially today. School closed again and knee deep in remote tech support at work.
Thanks Koy!

Hee hee you're all welcome.
Yeah, I love the part where the guy starts trying to argue the beneifits of the scroll vs the book. Man, I used to work with people like that who would try the same thing with me when I was helping them with their puters.
For me, this is honestly the funniest youtube I've ever seen so far. :happy0122[1]:
Mannn..... That's very funny!!! I identify with the poor Ludite! (Thanks GG)... I swear that's the way I feel about half the time... My brother (the programmer) won't even let me in the room if he's working on his computer...
Great stuff! Who knew the Swedes were so funny? (That was Swedish, right?)

I don't trust this new technology.
How do we know that the text isn't being altered without our knowledge? It could all be a part of a hoax, or worse, a conspiracy!

Try covering the BOOK with tinfoil, GG. That way the particle beams from space can not penetrate and destroy those things they call "text".
I have cases of these "book" things and some lying about in various rooms. Now they're telling me I must "open" them? From the FRONT?

Hi Gang,
Well, this sometimes happens. The person who had the English translation of the Introducing the Book (aka Help Desk) clip on Youtube has decided, for unknown reasons, to remove the clip. I did some searching a found there is one more available out there with English subtitles. Here's a link to the clip that works (for now anyway):

You mean it didn't come with a manual? How can one RTFM if there was no manual?

Okay, the original poster has reupped this video. It's a bit darker so I'm thinking it might be reuppped yet again in the future, but here's the new link:
[Only registered and activated users can see links]
You might have to cut & paste that cuz I see the "#" symbol isn't blue and that is needed.
This version is easier to read and does not contain the typos contained in the second version I linked. Also, there is additional footage about the "manual" at the end. Tee hee.
