Ok, this is a little sketchy, I didn't catch the whole conversation.
There was a caller today on Randi Rhodes, who suggested a class-action lawsuit against Shrub by the families of those killed or maimed in the war of choice in Iraq.
Did anyone else catch this or have any thoughts on it?
I know, it's Friday night, I have no life, besides, I'm sick right now and it is too damn cold out there to go anywhere.
:blankie:
Will I'm snowed in here too.
All I remember Randi talking about was Rudy Gulianni.

I don't believe the law permits such a suit.

Is there that little thing called blanket immunity that protects them from civil suits?
there's precedent, the lockerbie lawsuit.
where a president of a country was sued
in another country, and suit was settled.

The implication was that since the republic*nts sued the Clintons in civil court while Bill was a sitting president, then the Chimp could and should also be sued while he's in office.

that suit was for clinton's dog days as governor.
since he could not be sued for his dog days as president.

Irrelevant and gratuitous.
One more time:

And when you respond, could you avoid the typical republic*nt tactics? Merçi beaucoup à l'avance
